Managing Partner and founder of the firm. Leonardo focuses on adding and preserving value in every single project he undertakes, adopting a pragmatic and responsible approach.
As a bankruptcy trustee, he manages complex bankruptcy proceedings, which demand a combination of sophisticated legal know-how, financial expertise, strong commercial acumen, as well as excellent negotiation skills and psychological insight.
Leonardo also has a strong track record in managing restructuring projects. Additionally, he is frequently invited as a trusted advisor to creditors in connection with demanding insolvency and restructuring cases, regularly collaborating with non-competing law firms. He is also experienced in liquidation matters.
Notably, Leonardo initiated and successfully handled the first ever insolvency case in Sweden to be financed by a litigation funder.
He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association (Advokat) and the Board of Administrators and Trustees of Bankruptcy in Sweden, Rekon. He is qualified as a bankruptcy trustee (Konkursförvaltare).
In addition to being a lawyer, Leonardo is also an economist, which gives him a deeper understanding of the financial aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters. He lectures on the final course before the bar exam for the Swedish Bar Association.
