As a bankruptcy trustee, he manages complex bankruptcy proceedings, which demand a combination of sophisticated legal know-how, financial expertise, strong commercial acumen, as well as excellent negotiation skills and psychological insight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Leonardo also has a strong track record in managing restructuring projects. Additionally, he is frequently invited as a trusted advisor to creditors in connection with demanding insolvency and restructuring cases, regularly collaborating with non-competing law firms. He is also experienced in liquidation matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Notably, Leonardo initiated and successfully handled the first ever insolvency case in Sweden to be financed by a litigation funder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association (Advokat) and the Board of Administrators and Trustees of Bankruptcy in Sweden, Rekon. He is qualified as a bankruptcy trustee (Konkursf\u00f6rvaltare). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to being a lawyer, Leonardo is also an economist, which gives him a deeper understanding of the financial aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters. He lectures on the final course before the bar exam for the Swedish Bar Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
